Always helpful! Great staff.
Maybe it's a stiff morning. Maybe it's sharp pain after yard work. Your back needs real answers. Pills just cover it up.

Back pain can start small and grow fast. We see it after long I-75 drives. Snowbirds settle in for the season. Then they jump into weekend pickleball games at G.T. Bray Park. Landscapers and pool builders strain their backs digging in our sandy soil. Slips on wet pool decks after sudden Florida storms bring in more patients too. We've treated all of these cases. Pain that lasts more than a few days is a problem. Pain that runs down a leg is a problem. Pain that makes it hard to stand up straight is a problem too. Don't wait it out.[1] The longer you wait, the more it hurts your walk, sleep, and work.
Sharp pain shooting down the leg often starts in the lower spine. We find the cause and work to calm it.
Spinal decompression can take pressure off discs without surgery. It's one of our most asked-for treatments here in Bradenton.
Our office sees a lot of crash injuries from US-301 and SR-64. We handle PIP paperwork for you.
Golfers from River Club and pickleball players across Manatee County come in with twisted backs and tight hips.
Landscaping and building work in Lakewood Ranch and Parrish wears down the lower back over time.
Long-term retiree patients often need ongoing care for arthritis and disc wear, not just a one-time fix.
Back pain that gets ignored tends to get worse, not better. Dr. Zamikoff is a board certified chiropractor. He's spent years treating real Bradenton patients with real pain. His patients got their lives back. One thing we always tell new patients: we treat your whole body, not just the sore spot. This way, pain has less chance of coming back.
You don't have to live with daily pain. Our chiropractor team is ready to help you move and feel better again.
Getting relief starts with knowing what's causing your pain. That's step one, every time.
We talk about your pain, your daily routine, and any past injuries. If needed, we check your spine with on-site imaging.
Dr. Zamikoff builds a plan based on your exam. That might mean adjustments, spinal decompression, or both.
We track your progress visit by visit. Your plan changes as you heal, so you're never stuck doing something that isn't working.
Cost depends on what's causing your pain and how long you've had it. A single flare-up costs less to treat than a long-standing disc problem needing spinal decompression. We work with many insurance plans. We take Medicare and PIP auto claims. These are common across Manatee County.[1] You'll know your cost before we start treatment.
Always helpful! Great staff.
For once I’ve seen someone who will help! Thank you Haley! I’m excited to finally feel better!
Great experience on our first visit. Patient, professional and welcoming. All great!
If you have back pain this is the place to visit. Very polite and professional.
I have been seeing Dr. Z for 10 years. He has resolved numerous issues where traditional medicine has failed. Dr. Z is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. His office are very helpful and quick to get you in for appointments last minute. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Dr. David! He takes the time to really listen to what’s hurting, carefully examines you, and adjusts his treatment based on exactly what you need.
Every time I walk into his office with something hurting, I walk out feeling like a new person!
The entire staff is wonderful. They’re friendly, always smiling, and there’s just a genuinely happy atmosphere in the office. They also run things very efficiently. I’ve never had a long wait, and I’m always able to get in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed.
Dr. David truly cares about his patients, and it shows. I strongly recommend him!
Great service, friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on the individual.
Also make sure you say hi to Nemo and Dory while you wait.
Loved the staff, the doctor, and the facility.
I have been coming here for years. I should have written this a looong time ago. Dr. Z keeps me working. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be able to work the physically demanding jobs I've had over the years. He has been awesome from the first time to today. He's a 10 out of 10, the staff is a 10 out of 10. Thank you, thank you and thank you. I only see him once a year for a few sessions, maybe 2, 3 or 4 and I'm good to go for another year or so.
When I woke up earlier this week, I could hardly lift my arms one morning. It was really hard to get out of bed and even brushing my teeth was a task. 1 treatment later I am back to work. I thank God for this doctor. I've referred many people here. Everyone of them is happy. Not all heroes wear capes.
Here are answers to what Bradenton patients ask us most about back pain.
Cost depends on your case and insurance. Most visits run $75 to $600 or more for advanced care. We give you a clear price before starting. We take Medicare and many PIP auto claims.
Many patients feel some relief within a few visits. Full healing depends on how long you've had the pain. Old problems take longer than a fresh strain from yard work or a fall. We'll be honest with you about what to expect.
Rest and stretching help mild soreness. But ongoing or sharp pain needs a real exam. Trying to tough it out can turn a small problem into a big one. We've seen it happen too many times around Bradenton. A quick visit can tell you what's wrong.
It depends on your case and how you heal. Some patients come weekly at first, then come less as they improve. Dr. Zamikoff changes your schedule as your back gets stronger.
Numbness, leg weakness, or loss of bladder control need urgent care right away. Pain after a car crash or bad fall should also be checked fast. Don't wait if something feels really wrong.
Pain lasting more than a few days is a sign. Pain that spreads down a leg is too. Trouble standing straight is also a sign. Pain after a slip on a wet pool deck or long I-75 drive needs a visit. Catching it early makes care so much easier.
Yes, we see many patients hurt in crashes on US-301 and SR-64. We handle PIP insurance paperwork as part of your care. Early treatment after a crash often means a faster recovery.
