Coquina Beach Parking Calls for Specific Care

The Coquina Beach Parking area draws steady beach traffic all year. People walk long stretches of sand. They carry coolers and chairs. They sit in beach traffic on the way in and out. That kind of repeated strain adds up in the lower back and shoulders. We've treated plenty of beach volleyball sprains and surfcasting shoulder strain from folks who spent the morning near the shore. Many patients also stop by after a visit to Tingley Memorial Library or a walk near Manatee County Marine Rescue. Humid Florida heat adds dehydration-related cramping too, so we watch for that in every visit.

Work We've Done Near Coquina Beach Parking

Beach visitors and nearby residents bring us a mix of injuries. Hot pavement, uneven boardwalks, and long parking lot walks all play a part. Here's some of the work we do close to this stretch of Bradenton.

Beach volleyball shoulder sprains

Players near Coquina Beach Parking often come in with shoulder pain after weekend games. We treat the strain and get them back on the sand.

Slip injuries on wet pavement

Sudden Florida rain makes boardwalks and lots slick. We see more lower back complaints right after these storms roll through. Wet pavement can cause quick twists or falls that strain the spine. Even a small slip can leave soreness for days.

Surfcasting and fishing shoulder strain

Anglers casting off the beach near Katie Pierola Sunset Park often develop repetitive shoulder strain. We adjust and treat before it becomes chronic.

Long drive neck stiffness

Snowbirds driving down I-75 for a beach day often arrive stiff. A quick adjustment near Coquina Beach Parking gets them moving again.

Parasailing and boating recovery

Folks coming from YOLO Parasailing sometimes feel jolts in the neck or back. The harness pull and sudden landings can jar the spine. We check alignment and ease any soreness fast. Most patients feel relief after just one visit.

Heat-related muscle cramping

Hot, humid days near the water cause dehydration cramps in the back and legs. We treat the spasm and talk through hydration tips.

I highly recommend Dr. David! He takes the time to really listen to what’s hurting, carefully examines you, and adjusts his treatment based on exactly what you need.

Every time I walk into his office with something hurting, I walk out feeling like a new person!

The entire staff is wonderful. They’re friendly, always smiling, and there’s just a genuinely happy atmosphere in the office. They also run things very efficiently. I’ve never had a long wait, and I’m always able to get in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed.

Dr. David truly cares about his patients, and it shows. I strongly recommend him!

I have been coming here for years. I should have written this a looong time ago. Dr. Z keeps me working. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be able to work the physically demanding jobs I've had over the years. He has been awesome from the first time to today. He's a 10 out of 10, the staff is a 10 out of 10. Thank you, thank you and thank you. I only see him once a year for a few sessions, maybe 2, 3 or 4 and I'm good to go for another year or so.
When I woke up earlier this week, I could hardly lift my arms one morning. It was really hard to get out of bed and even brushing my teeth was a task. 1 treatment later I am back to work. I thank God for this doctor. I've referred many people here. Everyone of them is happy. Not all heroes wear capes.
